This is a picture from last year (2004) running the relay race of the college league

The best thing about this race was the short length (I think its around 4.5Km) and the fact I got to do two legs to ensure our team counted :P.

By the looks of it this picture was taken on the first lap around seeing as I don't look too dead!

A picture of after a race on Wimbledon Common. The race was against Tames Hare & Hounds one of the oldest running clubs (I think in the world).

The course is very nice and goes the same route taht the blues runners run in the varsity race.

This course is one of the nicest I have run but at the same time one of the hardest :P.

This is a picture of me in last years (2004) Freshers' Fun Run.

This race goes the same route as the Selwyn Relays but is just a straight race. Its quite fast but then at the same time there are a lot of people running who have never run the course before which gave me a bit of an advantage.

Last year was the first time that I had been doing a bit of actual training so I managed to shave off about 2 mins race time which I was pleased about ;)

Well this is Cuppers 2004, Cuppers serves as the selection race for the varsity match teams and although I would never have a chance of getting into one of the 'proper' varsity teams running this race qualified me to run in the 5th's race so I can say that I have run in a varsity race. This course is also the same course that the varsity match for the 2nd to 5ths is run when it is Cambridge's turn to host.

And yes that is snow on the ground, and yes I am still wearing my running vest!

As you can see the race by this time has settled down and everybody has thinned to groups of 2-4ish.

The course is quite long with a couple of inclines this one being the closest thing to a hill on the course and whilst not steep it goes on for ever.

This is the one race of the college league that is a proper cross country course and because if that I always really enjoy it whether or not I do badly.
